Manager / Release Manager / Systems Analyst/ SAP R3 Release Manager/ Quality Assurance Manager/ SQL Server DBA / Systems Engineer IT Release Manager: Responsible for managing release
to production deployments. Managing and tracking of all release to production activities including ensuring that all content
have gone through successfully testing and received proper board approvals. Creating and publishing the deployment dates,
develop and track milestones, and develop and track deployment Go/No Go criteria. Chair stabilization meetings to ensure production
deployment has caused any issues. Ensure exit criteria is meet before closing stabilization.
IT Quality
Assurance Manager: Responsible for supporting the quality testing phase of the software development life cycle of application
projects. Responsible for reviewing the requirements documentation and functional and technical specifications to ensure the
requested functionality has been clearly and effectively documented to ensure testability. Coordinate the migration of the
application to the test environment. Prepare the Master and Detailed Test Plans for functional, integration, regression, consolidated,
fail over, and/or benchmark testing. Execute the test plans, working closely with the project team to identify, report, fix,
and validate any discrepancies. Systems
Engineer: Responsibilities include monitoring, maintaining, upgrading, testing, troubleshooting and recycling of NT computer
servers in a distributed computing environment. Monitoring usage, load and performance of remote or locally sited servers.
Execute production processes. Provide first, second and third level support for customer purchased services. Install and test
operating systems, databases and/or supported enterprise applications. Responsible for troubleshooting errors, performs recovery
steps remotely or on site. Research, recommend and/or implement system enhancements that will improve server/OS/application
reliability, security and performance. Formulate, recommend and/or monitors policies, procedures, and standards relating to
database management. Plans and schedules daily tasks; use judgment on a variety of problems requiring deviation from standard
practices. Train personnel on system usage.
SQL Server DBA: Responsible for design, plan, and implementation
of database systems and programs. Responsible for administering several aspects of a project such as access methods, device
allocation, and security. Provide technical assistance in identifying, evaluating, and developing systems and procedures as
they relate to databases. Design of data dictionaries, database structure and layout, installing, upgrading, and managing
database applications.
